The Literary Balkans magazine (with the special participation of modern Macedonian poetry and prose) in the Macedonian Culture Center in Sofia, May 18, 6 pm.

Volume 1/2005 of Literary Balkans was the first premiere in the newly-opened Macedonian culture center in Sofia, on 7 Oborishte Street. The nearly 50-year-old isolation, including a cultural one, between the closest Balkan neighbors is coming to an end. The first ambassadors of tolerance, humanity, and truth – the writers, translators, and cultural leaders are building the difficult path of mutual trust and mutual literary and cultural cooperation with their eyes on the European future of the Balkans. The writer Georgi Grozdev wished all those present more live meetings in the culture center with talented Bulgarian writers and culture figures and expressed gratitude to the Embassy of the Republic of Macedonia for the invitation, as well as for the premiere of the private magazine for Balkan literature and culture Literary Balkans organized by the Macedonian culture center in Sofia.
